We are PCI compliant, we’ve had absolutely no security problems. Credit cards are not processed on our site. Medical Cannabis Home is a family-owned business that cares about your safety.
We ship within United State , to Canada , New Zealand , Australia and all European countries. For countries out of these, please contact us before placing an order.
All orders are parceled in very strong vacuum sealed smell-proof bags and registered under discreet status before shipping !
We are the only Weed Shop in the WORLD to guarantee Quality in everything we sell.
If you haven’t heard back from us, please check your spam folder. If you’ve emailed us more than twice without a reply, please email us one more time using a different email account. You can also leave us a voicemail with your contact number and we will gladly call you back.
Please take the following into account when placing your order.
At LOTUS DISPENSARY. we take a great deal of pride in our service and products. In order to provide you with the highest quality experience, orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).
-Orders placed after 2pm (PT) may not be processed until the next business day.
-Orders placed after 2pm (PT) on Friday may not be processed until the following Monday*.
-Orders received Saturday-Sunday will be processed Monday*.
-All provided shipping times are estimated, and begin once your order leaves our facility.
-Our discrete shipping service is a 1-3 day service. Delivery varies based on the order date, time and handling.
-Our discrete shipping International Service is a 6-10 day service. Delivery time may vary based on the order date, time and customs handling. Recipient is responsible for duties and taxes that are assessed by the country.
-Tracking is provided on all orders. THE LOTUS DISPENSARY is not liable for lost orders if the tracking number shows that the order was delivered.
-If your order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or invalid address, missed delivery, or refused delivery, you will be refunded for the item less the shipping charge and any additional return shipping fees incurred by us.
The lotus dispensary cannot be held responsible for damage or delays occurring in transit.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All Sales are Final with the exception of damaged goods. If your product arrives damaged, please take pictures of the damaged item immediately and send details with pictures to thelotusdispensary.com within 2 business days of when product is received.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund inquiry is received, we may require that the item be shipped back to us for inspection. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your inquiry and/or returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
